Are there any on-going fees?

There is an annual renewal fee in order to keep your website going so that Arbonne knows you are still in the business.

PC - $20 CAD / year - PC’s can also receive free shipping and free renewal fee if they make an order of products worth $300 CAD SRP (this may vary for different countries)

 

Can I receive free shipping?

If you are an IC and you make an order over 500QV then you receive free shipping on your order. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 CAD (may vary for different countries)

 

If you are a preferred client and you place and order of $195 CAD SRP then you receive free shipping. Otherwise it is a $15 CAD flat rate shipping fee (may vary for different countries)​

How quickly can I earn an income?

You can earn an income in the first week if you want to. You get paid weekly (15-35%) on orders from Preferred Clients (people who sign up to buy products) and on Client orders (people who buy from your website at regular price) and you get paid monthly on everything that goes through your team.

 

How do I get paid?

When you make your first sale you'll get an e-mail the Tuesday after with your commission and an option to activate your PurePay account. You will be asked to put in bank account details of the bank account that you want your paycheque to go into. Weekly and monthly, money will go into that account when products are sold through your Arbonne business.

 

Can I get paid more than commission?

Yes, you can be paid on your own purchases (DMs and up), be paid team overrides and you can also earn achiever awards.

You can earn this money through receiving the required QV and sign ups of PC’s/IC’s.

What is the best way to track this?

Download the Arbonne office app. It is the best way of tracking your QV and how far away you are from your bonuses. It is simple, slick and easy.

There is also an Arbonne shop app that you can download to shop easily straight from your phone. You can also shop on behalf of other people.

 

How does the Mercedes work?

When you become a Regional Vice President, every month Arbonne gives you a cash bonus (varies for each country) in order to pay for a white Mercedes-Benz of your choice. This is not a company car. This is your car. You have the choice to either buy it out-right and Arbonne gives you a monthly cheque to pay it off, or lease it and have Arbonne’s cheque to you pay off the incoming lease payment.

Arbonne is able to do this for us because this is their way of thanking us for bringing in a large amount of sales to their business every month. Arbonne also does not pay $25 million for advertisers like Nicole Kidman or Justin Bieber. We are the advertisers. The money that they save from paying for billboard, tv ads, social media coverage goes back into us, the consultants.

 

Can you lose your title?

Yes, like any other business, if you don't turn up for work, or do any work at all, you probably won't keep that position in your job for very long. Arbonne is the same. Luckily, there are always two free months once you have promoted, but every month after that you have to maintain your position in order to get paid in that position. This is a business. Arbonne will not pay you for the work you're not doing.
